Skeet Shoot - Honey Hill Shooting Sports
Directions: Take Old Hwy 74-76 east from Whiteville towards Hallsboro. Turn right on
Honey Hill Road and go 2 miles. On the right you will see a mailbox numbered 1654 -
there will be a roadside event sign there as well. Turn right on the dirt road and go about 1 mile to the end
of the road where you will find the shooting range. |

Turkey shoot at Helms Nature Preserve
Directions: from Hwy 701 in Whiteville take Business 74-76 toward Chadbourn; turn right at the National
Guard Armory onto Sunset Terrace Drive; go about 1½ miles and the Wildlife Action HQ is on the left just before
the curve. It's a green and brick building surrounded by a split-rail fence. Follow the signs to the shooting
range. There will also be road-side signs on 701 By-Pass, Business 74-76, and Sunset Drive. |
