![]() Tim Marlowe Tim Marlowe always likes to prepare his entry outside over a real wood flame. This year his Sauteed Shrimp was scrumptious! |
![]() Ronald Campbell Ronald Campbell cooked a half of a deer this year so that the hungry spectators could get a taste of his deer hash. He also cooked rabbit and quail, and his Catfish Stew won the Fin Division and placed 3rd Overall. |
Bill White always brings a gourmet chef's flair to his entries. This year his Eastern Wild Turkey Roulade with Sweet and Sour Orange Sauce won the Fowl Division and placed 2nd Overall. |
Perennial favorite Frank Gault of Lake Waccamaw always fixes his spicy venison chili, or as he calls it "old dead deer", in a large iron pot. To finish off his presentation with just that right touch of "Green Swamp ambience" he displays an alligator head with it! |
