Cook-Off Judges
Our judges worked really hard, but seemed to thoroughly enjoy their tasks!

Tim Marlowe
Tim Marlowe always likes to prepare his entry outside over a real wood flame. This year his Sauteed Shrimp was scrumptious!

Ronald Campbell
Ronald Campbell cooked a half of a deer this year so that the hungry spectators could get a taste of his deer hash. He also cooked rabbit and quail, and his Catfish Stew won the Fin Division and placed 3rd Overall.

Bill White always brings a gourmet chef's flair to his entries. This year his Eastern Wild Turkey Roulade with Sweet and Sour Orange Sauce won the Fowl Division and placed 2nd Overall.

Perennial favorite Frank Gault of Lake Waccamaw always fixes his spicy venison chili, or as he calls it "old dead deer", in a large iron pot. To finish off his presentation with just that right touch of "Green Swamp ambience" he displays an alligator head with it!
