REGISTRATION: 7:30AM TO 9:30AM, WITH
JUDGING BY CATEGORIES STARTING AT 12:00PM
ENTRY FEES: $25.00
FIRST ENTRY, $5.00 SECOND ENTRY, $10.00 THIRD ENTRY
AWARDS: FIRST PRIZE -
$500.00, SECOND PRIZE - $300.00, THIRD PRIZE - $100.00
(PLAQUES WILL ALSO BE AWARDED FOR 1ST PLACE IN EACH CATEGORY)
RULES: 1.
Food may be any form or species of wild game: "fur, fowl, or fins". 2.
All foods must be cooked on site. 3. Preparation of ingredients (sauce,
slicing, chopping, etc.) can be done ahead of time. 4. Each contestant
must provide their own cooking source. 5. Judging will be by a panel of
impartial persons. 6. Registration starts 7:30am, with setup completed
by 9:30am; public admission at 10:00am; (if you need to set-up Friday
evening, let us know as soon as possible). 7. Recipes for dishes
must be submitted by 10:00am and become the property of Wildlife
Action, with credit given to each entrant.
8. *This year there is a special Youth Division category for ages 13 –17.
Entry fee is only $5.00. Call one of the numbers below for details.
